I have a pair of ATH-EM9r clip-ons, this is part of a series of newer Audio Technica clip-ons. To my knowledge it uses the same driver as the ATH-EW9, some say the best sounding non-canalphone portable.
It's in excellent condition, no scratches or blemishes, but the lettering on one of the cups is fading and part of the "ATH-EM9r" is gone.
