If your security is open enough, it'll open your CD drive. Get it?

It didn't open mine... nothing to get, if one's security is up to date (just looks like a broken page). If it hadn't been, I think I'd be more concerned than prone to start laughing.

It didn't work with Mozilla but it did work with Internet Explorer.

Edit: It's because it's in VBScript...wonder why that wouldn't work in Mozilla

You probably need to visit windowsupdate.com ... if I remember right, this is a serious security issue.

One thing I did (Win98SE) was rename "wscript.exe" to "wscript.bak" in the \Windows folder -- most desktop systems don't need Windows scripting and it's nothing but a security risk, particularly if you use Outlook (Express). If you need it you can always name it back to wscript.exe if you start getting error messages.

It opened both of my drives.

Is there a way I can get the code for that to send in an email?
I saw this a few years ago on a friends laptop, it was funny on a laptop.

Yeah, I think it's cute!

All I'd do is send the link Mr.PD. Maybe someone else can help?

Send that in an HTML email. The main challenge is being able to edit the HTML source code and I don't think many email clients allow you to do that. Of course it will also only work in Outlook Express, iirc.

Only works in IE, BTW.

Good thing I'm using Opera or I'd be pissed because I'm burning a CD now.

That page stopped working for me a while back (I use windows update to get my security updates), but I know it stopped for others too. BTW, this will not work on a laptop CD drive (DUH!)

I've got to do a windows update, my laptop drive opens. The link is from some kids Ham radio site I was checking out. The self pitying server error dialogue is from a Usenet FAQ posting.
