Shanling MTW100. Sorry for the mediocre phone pics. Just got these from HiFiGo a few days ago for review. I've taken pics with a real camera, but haven't done editing yet.

I for one am most excited about the UP4 and M6. Give me more stats on that UP4. The ME700 IEM is interesting with the choice to put gold on a non-planar design. I don't think I've seen that. That neckband has cool tech, but it is ugliest dog contest levels of ugly. It fittingly looks like a collar.

They are slowly start to ship to international markets, so should be getting more pictures and first reviews soon.

Which stats exactly you want to know about UP4?

And that neckband, firstly, we needed more space to fit all the electronics in and then somebody had idea to make it in styles of our players, with glass.

M6 is interesting!!

Although I think they need to sit along with Fiio and decide who gets to use the Mx nomenclature for DAPs.

Well, Shanling M3 came out in 2014. First Fiio using M name came out in 2016.

Hey @Shanling , one thing I would like to know about the UP4 is I feel it supports aptX Low Latency. I also am curious about the battery runtime of each of the battery powered device. I don’t think the neckband looks ugly or particularly different from other neckbands, but I’m curious which parts are made with glass (is it glass, or ceramic?). Higher res photos would help, it’s hard to see which pieces are reflective and a little hard to read the text. Edit: tapping or clicking each photo leads to slightly higher res versions, looks like there’s a glossy outward-facing plate on the tips of the collar “horseshoe.”

But I probably can find that info on the dedicated threads or company page.

SE power output, receiving and transmitting formats for Bluetooth, number of volume steps, dimensions, dedicated apps, etc.

Tell me more. :)

Also, I know you needed the space, but I'd probably choose getting a short cable and an UP4 over the neckband. Who knows, folks might not even feel the neckband when wearing it? It just didn't look that way to me.

We will have more specification and photos available at later date, as we get closer to release.

On MW200, the neckband part has silicone surface, then part with cable is hard shiny plastic and then the electronics part, on inside plastic, other three sides one piece of curved glass. At least that's how we have prototype now.

SE power output and codecs are listed in UP4 thread. It's Bluetooth receiver, not transmitter. Dimensions available later. App in works.

Possible 2pin option for the neck band?

Also I am sure you guys are targeting the fiio btr5 with the up4 and their specs are pretty much identical. But I have to say the btr5 especially in white looks smaller and more attractive with its smart phonesque glass metal sandwich build. Hopefully the up4 will create its advantage in price.

There's also the choice between a volume rocker (BTR5) and a volume wheel (UP4).

I also hope we can have MW200 with 2pin in near future, since all my customs are with 2pin :)

Will see about actual price of UP4 against BTR5 when they get released on international market.

I actually hope everything can be controlled on the phone when I am connected to it.

You can control volume independently on both your phone and UP4.
