after cleaning my uncles house i found a W800 dual cassette walkman in the closet
it's with his leather case and looks good, the only problem i found is that in some point in time a battery leaked and there is corrosion in the battery chamber
but it still works, going to get a cassette tomorrow to check if it plays and records
 
my main question is how "rare" it is? first dual cassette player i ever seen
while i don't intend to sell it now (depending... no idea how much it's worth) it would be nice to know it's value

Value is based on supply and demand. While I do believe it is somewhat rare, the question is how many people want it?
Perhaps some museums or hard core collectors might want it.
