In no order:

Virgin Black - Elegant ...and Dying
Agalloch - Ashes Against the Grain
Draconian - Arcane Rain Fell
Maudlin of the Well - Leaving Your Body Map
Opeth - Damnation
Shape of Despair - Angels of Distress
Skepticism - Stormcrowfleet

This would be my top group of flawless metal albums, although I can list another 20 or so albums that are excellent / top class metal in it's various forms they have a weaker song or two that brings them down. There's still a few Black Metal albums I haven't listened to enough that could reach this top group for me as well.

Make sure you pick up Jason Becker's solo CD Perpetual Burn if you don't already own it.

Marty Friedman's Drgon's Kiss is worth a listen as well (but can't even hold a canlde to Becker's CD).

You will most likely enjoy Racer X as well.
