wanted to post a headphone amp for sale and it says not authorized and to look at rules but I can't find anything in the rules about it?  Do you have to have a certain number posts or pay a fee or what?

As you can see here in the For Sale and Trade Forums FAQ, you must be a member of Head-Fi for over thirty days, and you must have over fifteen posts on Head-Fi's forums in order to post in the FS/T forum area.
