Hi sorry to ask this noob question, but for portable sources like smartphones and DAPs, is it better to charge the battery only when the battery is 0% or close to 0? Or to charge as and when possible?

I know every battery has some draining cycles, but would like to hear your advise.

It's a good question but personally I wouldn't sress it. I just charge mine at bedtime so it's ready for the next day.
