So far, here's what I get:

I Shot the Sheriff
Tears in Heaven
Purple Rain
Message in a Bottle
Surfin' Bird
Genie in a Bottle
Another Brick in the Wall
Games Without Frontiers
Dancing Queen
Touched by the Hand of God
Me, Myself & I
Hotel California
Brandy
Werewolves of London
We Are The Champions
Paint It, Black

I know I'm missing some -- what the L is up with the coughing rabbit? Cops & robbers? Smashed star? Bird in a cage?

That was amusing ...

The guy with the flying rug was "Magic Carpet Ride" - Steppenwolf

The rabbit was "White Rabbit" - Jefferson Airplane.

Are the robbers "Money for Nothing" - Dire Straits?

Is the bird in the cage "Hummingbird" - Seals & Croft?

The pimp who let the bird out is "Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay" - Otis Redding

What about the boulder, or bowling ball after the queen?
And the juggling clowns riding the bulls?
And what's with the egg with legs?
Was the dog at the bar wearing a space suit or radiation suit?

Thank you! I couldn't come up with nothing! Quote:

Maybe...but I don't think so. Quote:

No, but there was one at the beginning. I'm thinking there's some pop song sung by a girl about a bird in a gilted cage...? Quote:

(Papa was a) Rolling Stone? Quote:

Clowns who wish they were cowboys -- something like that? Quote:

And what's with the egg with legs?

Yeah, really, and the piano playing itself. Quote:

Coulda supposed to'a been Laika, the first dog in space? I know there's two such groups (Laika, and Laika & the Cosmonauts), but I know of no such songs.

Also, keep in mind, the people who put this together are British, so there might be a slightly different slant to some things.

Thanks for the input, I was getting worried that no-one else could see this video but me. Even if you can't get anything, the video itself is fun.

Here are a couple more ...

"Eye in the Sky" - Alan Parsons
"Sailing" - Christopher Cross

How about "Let it Roll" - Little Feat, for the ball after dancing queen?

I thought I had the egg, but my memory was wrong. I thought it was on a Little Feat cover, but it turned out to be a cake with legs.

I still think the bird is Hummingbird by Seals & Croft. The beginning ...
Hummingbird don't fly away, fly away.

There are many more that have not been identified.

I think the Piano is "Piano Man" - Billy Joel

The dancing egg is "Humpty Dumpty" - Mother Goose, until someone proves me wrong

The major clues that I can see but not identify:

The bird at the beginning of the video
Why is the sheriff on a toy horse? (Ghost Riders in the Sky?)
The 2 angels on either side of the eye in the sky
Why is the guy on the dock dressed like a pimp? (Bad, bad Leroy Brown? I wouldn't expect him to be white)
The rose bush next to the wall
The clowns on the bulls
The dog in the radiation suit

Any others?

Ive been working on a couple myself:
Wooden Ships
Dock of the Bay
Free bird
American Woman
Ebony and Ivory

Why is the Rabbit smoking a couple of joints?
What about the three headed dudes with the suitcases?

-this could actually be a great game for groups...on DVD?
you watch collages and everyone has to figure out what songs were in them.
it can be done for a variety of genres and obviously, there is tons of material to work with.

I can help with the rabbit, but not Me, Myself & I. Dusty Chalk called it, but I never heard the song.

The rabbit is Jefferson Airplane - "White Rabbit". The song is clearly about taking drugs. If you never heard it, find someone that has it and give it a listen.

I never thought about Freebird. How cound I miss that

And the egg still has me stumped. Hard egg to crack

They also have a wallpaper of band references.

Led Zepplin, B-52's, White Snake, White Zombie, Guns'n Roses, Queen, Prince, Rolling Stones, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, Eagles.

Those are the easy ones of course.

EDIT: My much more pop cultured friend suggests that the dog in the radiation suit is George Clinton's Atomic Dog.
