For anyone who has returned a product to Fiio, how long did it take to get it back?

My E7 unfortunately broke earlier this week for some odd reason. I've been emailing Fiio directly since the 3rd party vendor off of Amazon wants to charge me $32 for a repair.
 
But FiiO says it'll take ~2 months to repair the product. Is this normal? Anything I could ask for a quicker repair? It's my only DAC and I'll be traveling soon, so I'd like to have it with me.

In fact, when we get the defective unit, we will just send you a new one so it depend on how long it take to ship back to us. and it will take about 10 - 15  working days to send back to you

a few weeks to a month ago i sent to MP4Nation my fiio e17. They told me they had to send it to Fiio to get it fixed or replaced. Its been a month and Fiio said they don't have stock of it and to top it off MP4Nation is keeping my headphone amp for some reason.  Here's a direct quote from Fiio when i emailed them about it:

[size=small]Sorry, we recently haven't received any pcs RMA from MP4 NATION,  I think MP4 nation will wait for to collect enough quantity to send them back together, Also we don't have any pcs E17 in stock now , it will not has E17  in stock until in the end of June, I'm afraid you still need to wait several weeks to get your E17 , sorry to keep you waiting .[/size]

.... I guess July i will have my headphone amp back :frowning2: If your wondering what broke it was the headphone output. It started to cut out the audio and i had to wiggle the plug around to hear anything at all.

We normally just replace units with our own current stock and send back to FiiO a bunch of RMA later on for them to replace for us.

oh i see. but since the E17 is so new there is barely any stock available. Does anyone know a date of the next shipment that Fiio is going to send out?  
Just got the email to confirm my address. Shipping takes about a week from a business day correct?
