Lately I've been experiencing this error with certain songs: "Unrecoverable playback error: ASIO: None of input channels are assigned to device channels". I'm using the ASIO plugin, but most songs work fine with the exception of a few.

The songs/files that prompt this error play fine in iTunes or JRiver Media Center. Am I missing a component/plugin?

Also, is there a plugin/search option to navigate library based upon a character input? For example, in iTunes while in my library I can hit 'k' and it will bring me to the 'k' section of my library. It this possible?

I can't answer your question about the ASIO error since I run foobar2k without any extras, but mine will go to the first "k" name in the list when browsing my library in any view. I am running version 0.9.5.1

I've got the ASIO error squared away. I just needed to implement the stereo to mono DSP.

I'm also using .9.5.1 and I cannot do the same function. You are using it entirely stock w/ no add ins?

I just installed it 2 weeks ago and haven't had time to mess with it, so no addins are installed. Just click on something inside the library panel, then hit the letter you want to move to. It seems to work in all library views. Maybe you are using some skin that interferes?
It also might have something to do with the file naming. I noticed that most of my songs are ripped with the filename starting with the track number, so pressing "g" will not take me to the song "Girl by the Window" because the name in the computer is actually "02 Girl by the Window". Since I usually listen by album, and not song, this is not a problem for me, but this could be the problem you are having.
