Which is better and why?
 
Seeking that the headphones have strong bass and are comfortable.
 
The use would be for all practically
 
I have to buy a headphone 40€

Don't get the HA-S360. While the sound isn't that bad, it isn't that great. The main problem is that is is very light and feels very flimsy. Several people complained about breaking it. i am careful with mine and haven't broken it, but I can't recommend it. Is the Sennheiser PX100II too expensive? Is the AKG K430 or K450 too expensive? If you are willing to consider something compact without a folding a headband but with drivers that rotate to the flat position, then consider the JVC HA-S160 Flats or the JVC HA-S650. The HA-S650 has more bass and a much warmer sound. But the sennheiser PX100 II is open, I need a closed headphone.

Your initial post didn't mention that you need a closed headphone. We aren't mind readers. Avoid the Sony V150. It has boomy bass. The low priced Sony headphones tend to be rather poor quality, while some of the better Sony headphones are rather good.

Imo it is too dangerous to use a closed headphone when bicycling. It is also dangerous to use a closed headphone while walking through traffic intersections. Imo the PX100II would be great for use while bicycling. Other choices to use while bicycling are the koss KSC75 and the JVC HA-EB75 earbuds with earhooks.

Are they comfortable and have good bass the PX 100 II?
