Please can someone read the warranty information in the long brown envelope, and tell the me Stellia Focal warranty.
Like Teknorob mentions, and from trying many different cables, one of the myths is that all silver is bright. It is thin non quality silver cables that tend to be bright. The heavier the gauge and the more quality the wire, the more silver actually warms up, sounding almost copper like except more detailed. This is why it's best the get the thickest silver cable you can afford or feel comfortable with such as an 8 wire cable.
Not all Silver cables make the sound brighter , but most do.My Focal Utopia’s with a high-end silver cable makes it actually less bright over the copper stock cable.
So not sure why people think silver == bright.
Yeah most thin and poorly made silver cables do.Not all Silver cables make the sound brighter , but most do.

I bought mine from Audio T at the Bristol Hifi Show, as they were title retail sponsor. If you're worried speak to SCV Distribution, as all UK stock will be coming from them anyway. I know Focal quite well and any UK dealer can sell any model. Its good to dot the 'i's but i really dont think you've got anything to worry about if you are buying for retailer in the UK. For the record, ive had 4 pairs of Focal HPs, a pair of studio speakers for work and a pair of home speakers and havent had a single fault with any of them.
Crutchfields has a 1yr warranty listed.
Hi all, any tips on how to look after the leather in the Stellia, in particular the leather in the cups, behind the metal cutout? It is starting to blacken, is there anything that can be done about it?
Apologies if this was discussed earlier in the thread, did a few Google searches and nothing came up.
Thanks
