I must say I really liked the spirit pro, but the comfort was pretty poor.

Looks like Focal has now made a Listen Pro variant (it looks like it has some sort of velour pads instead of pleather):

I'm curious about these since I have the Focal Listen. "a brand new driver membrane was developed" - I'd like to here more about this...

I really hope the Listen Pro have a more neutral tuning than the standard Listens. I returned the Listen as I couldn't stand the grating spiky treble and sucked out mids.. it was a downgrade (soundwise) to the Spirit Pro.

I liked the original Listen. Didn't have the usual boomy bass common with this type of headphone.

Did you receive the Listen Pros? Any initial listening impressions? I hope they are better tuned (more neutral) than the normal Listens..
