Focal Clear with Apos Gremlin + IBasso DC Elite?

Hi, I have a Focal Bathys. I was thinking of returning it and get Focal Clear instead, with almost no extra money. I wanted to know if Focal Clear would be a great upgrade to the Bathys? I really like the sound signature of Bathys, especially the punchy and tactile bass. If I use the Clear OG with Apos Gremlin, will it sound even better than the Bathys while having a similar sound signature? Please suggest if I should make this exchange?

Also, anyone has any idea about how IBasso DC Elite should pair with Apos Gremlin?

While i don’t own either, Wired headphones are always going to sound better than wireless ones at the same price point, and most likely wireless headphones at even twice the price.

You’d need some tube folks to confirm this but i’m not sure about the clears compatibility with tubes either.

don’t take my word on tube amps though, I have no experience with them. I just know that the Clear isn’t particularly high impedance, though apparently some tube amps aren’t as fussy about that (not sure about the Apos)
