That's what I was thinking. They are lambskin and looks good quality.
Do you feel a difference in sound quality with utopia pads?

Where could you find Clear's 3.5mm jack with locking mechanism at headphone end?
I am going to build 4.4mm TRRS cable.

I have this on my clear pro. I would say it is okay, those holes on the pad are very, very tiny, make the sound less open than the original pads.
But I am still using it, only because I sweat a lot when using the original pads and when those pads get wet, it is gross. I use my pen to stick the dekoni pads, try to make the hole bigger but the sound still just okay.
It is strange; I also have the same pads for hd6xx and that is the best pads I have ever have.
I feel like the Dekoni hybrid and Utopia pads are the better choices if god give me a second chance :)

Did Anyone compare original clear pads with dekoni hybrid or utopia pads?

I need an oppinion

i just recently about to buy elear, in my country it's about 575 usd (brand new), then i saw someone post focal clear (used like new) is about 1050 usd, but sadly the brand new one here is about 1600 usd

my question is, should i upgrade to clear, is 450usd additional price is worthed/can be justified to upgrade to used clear, is the clear 2 times better from elear, i also learn focal warranty not transferable (CMIIW), this used clear not covering by focal official warranty as well, only personal warranty from seller, please advise, should i take this offer, tks

Not accurate information.focal announced the remainder warranty is now transferable

The Clear in my opinion is easily twice as good as the Elear.

Where have you heard the warranty is not transferable?
Focal has changed their policy, according to this post from Mrs. Marine at Focal, it is transferable for all headphones:

This applies to all headphones.
Exactly, the warranty starts with the first buyer which is why we need the very first invoice.

ehm, thats because i read this ==> https://www.head-fi.org/threads/focal-utopia-general-discussion.811273/page-31#post-12873652

or i just misunderstood ?

the used clear owner seems can't provide the very first invoice, by the way, the elear i bought recently is from elite audio which is one of elear official focal distributor/dealer here in indonesia, but sadly they dont sell clear in my country (i already asked them, they only sell elear), maybe if there's any upgrade program that will be good, i want to buy clear that time but that's not available, i only manage to find third party user sell used clear without invoice here... (he didnot buy from official dealer)

Also i;m curious, why focal clear not available here in official distributor/dealer ?

You haven’t misunderstood. That was their original warranty policy. They’ve since changed the policy to “Transferable”

Definitely a more consumer friendly policy

Focal really needs to improve their QC. I got my Clear on ebay a few days ago, and the left driver audibly rattles when there is bass content. And no, I'm not playing it at ear-splitting, soul-crushing volume but rather normal everyday listening volume. I did a 40Hz sine wave sweep and the left driver emits a very annoying buzz much like ra990's pair. The seller claims that there's a warranty card in the box but I can't find it. Does any of yall's clear comes with a warranty card? Or is it a focal dealer's warranty?

You buy them secondhand and then bitch about Focal's QC?
