i finally decided to buy used focal clear from headphones.com. Are headphones.com reputable electronic retailers with great customer service? Im little concerned about buying headphones in a used condition. Hows your experienced with used audiophile headphones?

They seem like pretty nice guys. Used gear depends entirely on who’s had it before, but I’m guessing an open-box model won’t be too beat up.

One thing to keep in mind though is that Focal seems to run promotions pretty frequently. You might be able to get a better deal on a BNIB one.
