It's the Linum SuperBax. The Y-split and connectors are one-of-a-kind. But only available in 3.5mm SE AFAIK.

i used the SuperBaX with my SE5U for a while, but i didn't like the pairing, it sounded too dark with the WM1Z, my favorite cable for this ciem if the AE Leonidas, different price range but
i wonder how the SE6 sounds with the superbax.
