Looking for a usb-c male to usb-a female OTG cable, very short, that has 90° connectors on both, or has a flat cable. Basically looking to avoid the bulging, kink prone cable sticking out the bottom of my stack that puts pressure on the connectors.

It has to be usb-a female for the iFi Hip DAC, annoyingly.

It doesn't exist. It is possible using adaptors but not at the short length you require.

I'd have to agree with that. At least I haven't seen such a cable yet. Perhaps someone here on this forum would DIY one for you, that would be the shortest way and tailored specifically for your needs.

Obviously product decisions and actual creation of products is a big and complicated process, but it would be nice if iFi offered some better OTG options, considering very few other products use a USB-A male on their devices.

I'll be looking into some DIY solutions it seems, though DIY flat cable isn't something I've ever encountered, and 90 Degree Type A Female connectors seem like an unlikely item to find as well.

As a manufacturer we always think how to please vast majority of consumers, and flat OTGs are universal on this count. Nonetheless, I'll pass on internally your need for such a product but angled. Perhaps at some point we'll make them.

Appreciate it!
