The 601 is better than half the sound quality of the 801. It is a bargain at it's pricepoint, and plays the better resolutionfilesstll

We're working hard on fixing the erratic behavior that can occur with carriage returns, as well as several other issues with the text editor. I think the improvements we'll be releasing soon will address a lot, but not yet all, of the text editing issues.
