Has anyone here got any first hand experience of these five flanged tips?

They remind me of these :

Howard Leight Earplugs but with one extra flange. To my ears they were very comfy for short term use but when I used them for sleeping I woke up with sore ears. Obviously your experience will differ just as your ear cannals differ. They might be worth a try, the price is decent.

Cheers. I'm waiting for a reply from audiorelief to confirm what size nozzle they fit, if they fit my requirements I may try them out.
