I would like to share from Kaita Suyama San Facebook page his new Model

It is Hybrid IEM and the Housing made from Titanium Custom Shell
 
Look so amazing
 
At the Moment only for Japan Market first.
For International will be serve later

This somehow reminded me of the AK240SS.... It would be exciting to put it into your ears during winter time

That is close to 3K USD without the cable? it looks like close to there depending on the exchange rate. So many new IEMs coming out. I need to stop reading head fi before I have to sell my house.

Is Titan just a version of Air with titanium shell or are the insides different? I wonder how is the fit/isolation with the bit that goes into ear canal being shorter.
 
Could be quite comfortable.

Well, Air is ~$1.5k so it would be ~$1.5k for titanium shell. I've seen CIEM shell upgrade to carbon fiber (whole shell) for about $600 so while personally I wouldn't drop $1.5k for titanium I can see that as a believable cost. After all it requires custom work with complicated material.

Not only that but all feedback I have had on the air was meeeh
