Hi there this is my first post since i needed help choosing head phones. I was looking for a pair of cans that are over the ear and closed like the Sennheiser HD 448. Needed some suggestions to help choose. So far i have seen the 448s and like them but are there any other headphones that are under $95 but beat the 448s in sound and bass. Bass is very important to me but so is sound quality, and please only closed headphones

I am terrible at making suggestions for portable cans, since my only suggestion is usually the HD-25-1 II -- suggesting it like a mantra to everyone.
 
However, that is out of your budget as I can see. So, I'll just ask if you have checked out joker's thread?

My favorite closed-back, circumaural headphones under $100 are the Sony MDR-V6, which is $61 on Amazon. I'm not so sure how others feel about them, though.
