Hello all.

I am making this thread because I have completely failed in my pursuits in finding a right-angle micro to microUSB OTG cable to connect my Galaxy S4 to my E18 on the go.  I have gone though both USB connectors Fiio supplied; as they were poor quality compared to the other cables supplied.

I am not looking for better cable material or anything incredibly expensive, I would just like to find a micro to microUSB cable under six inches in total length that I could use to securely connect my AMP + DAC to my phone.

Thank you for your help.

They have a custom cable creator, which is nice.  However, fifty bucks before tax and shipping is a lot for a simple USB 2.0 cable
I am trying this:
http://venturecraft.jp/gadget_en/buy_paypal.php
and while I wait for the above to get into the US, I bought two of these:

I will be posting my results once they arrive.

The Hakshop cable works quite well. However for me, it is a little too long for mobile use. No right angled connectors also didn't help.

The Venturecraft cable is not OTG and so probably won't work with many USB DAC amps. You might want to read up on this.

Yeah, and their shipping isn't exactly fast either.

Well that is going to be an issue, after I was specifically told on other forums to buy it.

I purchased the OTG cable from TTVJ as well, seems like a much better deal than the Venturecraft one.

Also, those first three from China would be perfect for me.  How reliable has shipping been from this site?  And do you just translate the page to order?

  this one comes to mind

you can also get a custom one made by mimic cables for a reasonable price, though the lead time is long. Just email them and tell them and specify which angle connectors(left angle or right angle) and that it needs to be OTG compatible.

I was recommended this by TonySunshine and contacted mimic, they said they could make it! :)

Bumping this from the past!

If anyone has found a right-angle micro-to-micro USB OTG cable (preferably from amazon so I can use my prime :)), please post link!

Bump from the future.

Just bought this for my e18 setup, was only $5 off ebay so it seemed like a low risk deal:

There was another model of this type of cable on ebay too but it had a really fat connector head and seemed like it might not fit through my phone case, so I opted for this one instead. I'll post again after I get it so people know if its really worth it.

Edit: Got it, works fine. Can rest easy knowing I'm not putting as much strain on my E18 during my commute.

Hi, sorry to revive this thread again after forever. I'm after a slightly different cable - a really short and flexible USB type A to right-angle micro USB cable to plug a chromecast audio into a battery pack. Doesn't have to be high quality or anything. I can't seem to find anything shorter than 6 inches, and nothing whatsoever that ships to Australia. Does anyone have any ideas?
