Made specifically to fit in a Altoids Mint Tin, and can fit in a Hammond 1455C801 or 1455C1201 case.

Looks good buddy.

You might want to up C1 to 470uF though.

470's would only be needed if I was using a standard Resistor Divider (470/2 = 235uF for positive & negative voltage). A 220 would be just fine for the TLE2426.

hey what do you see the price-range being for the boards and whats the price for the BoM? would you offer kits or allow others to kit things?
I know a few people around here who would like to build a cmoy or something.. I wouldn't mind getting 6 or 7 boards and kitting them up for them here.. or just getting kits from you for them... maybe building 2 or 3 and giving them to friends for presents and stuff...
also, its a bit late.. but would have been cool to add a charging circuit.. its really small and most people would use it.. anyway, can always build one on perf

Metallized.

You can use any input cap that will fit in 5.00~5.08mm lead spacing, and also about 5~6 mm wide.

Just curious... How many did you order and how much did it cost for the whole process? I'm thinking that these could become quite popular.

I only ordered one batch (12 boards) so far, just to see how they sound, how EZ they are to assemble, and fit in a Mint Tin. One batch of 12 costed me $45.30 USD. If I order another batch, I think I get a price break and would cost about $38.70.

Are you going to sell boards? If so, for how much?

Once I find proper padded envelops & figure out how much exactly they'll weigh to ship, I'll reply with what I would need to charge for:

- Ordering boards from OLIMEX
- Purchasing Padded Envelops
- Shipping Costs
- And time spent designing the board in EAGLE

I am guessing $10 for one board and $5 extra for other boards, $15 for 2, $20 for 3, etc...

Took less than one business day. They will not reply to free web based email addresses like: Yahoo, MSN, Hotmail, Gmail, etc, etc.
