i really like the weight of my fibass, but it does mean you can't really have them hanging over ear without being plugged into your ears or you're gonna get them in the eye, at high speed. .-)

so far the closest thing i could find that matches the Grado sound. there's something strange with the treble though. it seems like at a certain frequency it suddenly throws everything above that frequency at the same frequency (for instance everything between 15000 and 20000Hz is played at 16000 Hz, i have nothing to measure what is really happening, but this is how it sounds)

true. i even have the dita truth to compare it with, but still, the fibass has this RAW soundness that is so quite unique.
