Hi everyone,
I recently received my pair of Triplefi 10's from Amazon's Goldbox deal and I absolutely cannot stand the extremely rigid stock cable. I have been looking for some alternative replacements and many have suggested the ES2 cable from Westone. The problem, however, is that the pins on the ES2 cable are slightly longer and thicker than on the stock cable. I am not the biggest DIY person, so I am here to ask those who are: what tools do I need in order to file and cut the pins on the ES2 cable to the appropriate size? Also, if anyone could provide any detailed advice on how to go about safely cutting and filing the pins, that would be greatly appreciated as well!
Thanks!
