Hello everyone. Welcome to FiiO's 2022 Spring Launch Event. Now let's get started.

We always listen to users, researching and developing what they need. Last year, we released many different kinds of new products. The Portable Desktop-Class Player M17 and 1 Dynamic 6 Balanced Armature IEMs FH9 were two representatives, which have been highly acclaimed.

Tonight, we are going to introduce FiiO's second member of the USB audio adapter series, the KA1. Before getting to it, we would like to make a brief review of the previous KA3, FiiO's first USB audio adapter.

The KA3 is still hot-selling. Today, its little brother will join the family of FiiO&Jade Audio, i.e. another USB audio adapter, KA1. The KA1 inherits the design style of the KA3 with a simple but beautiful look.
The most attractive feature of the KA1 is its compact body, just 40x15x8mm, even smaller than many USB flash disks. So it is convenient for connections with smartphones in daily use.

What can be accomplished in a tiny space of 40x15x8mm? In the KA1, there is not only a high-quality DAC, but there is also premium audio amplification to match, both carefully tuned by engineers to truly and faithfully reproduce your music the way it was meant to be heard.
Employed in the KA1 is the ES9281AC PRO chip from ESS, which combines USB audio interface, DAC, and amplifier into one package. When combined with the multi-layered HDI gold-plated PCB it is on, highly capable low-noise power supply system, and low-jitter independent crystal oscillator, the result is lower crosstalk, higher efficiency through lower power consumption, and ultimately high quality pure sound.

Powerful hardware configurations work for software, decoding and music in the end. The KA1 supports decoding up to 32bit/384kHz PCM and DSD256.
Meanwhile, the KA1 has been officially certified by MQA to be truly capable of MQA rendering! It includes MQA Renderer technology, which can connect to an MQA Core signal (from TIDAL streaming service, FiiO Music App or any other MQA enabled music services or media players) and complete the final unfold of an MQA file.
The FiiO Music App has basically completed an account registration and MQA subscription. It will be coming soon.

The RGB status indicator is similar to that of the KA3- not only features captivating looks, but also conveniently displays the current audio format and sampling rate.
The KA1 supports a variety of devices (smartphones, portable players, tablets, computers), and multiple platforms (Android/iOS/Windows/Mac). Wherever you are and no matter what you are doing- commuting/playing games/in the office/at home, the KA1 can be there with you.

The difference between the KA3 and KA1 is that each KA1 comes with a fixed cable with either a USB Type-C or Lightning port, which can save more internal space and make a more compact body. As a result, there are two editions of the KA1, Type-C and Lightning editions. Each includes a corresponding adapter. By using this adapter, you can connect the KA1 to your computer.
In addition, the KA1 is made of aluminium magnesium alloy, which went through rigorous working processes to finally achieve a stable construction with delicate and high-end texture. The all-metal sealed construction also makes for strong anti-interference. Along with the KA1 is a silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable, whose low impedance and high conductivity help to greatly reduce signal loss and distortion when transmitting audio. Two colors are available: Black/Dark green.
