When you push the screen with your finger do you see any ripple effect ?

No, I see no effect. Could this be part of the touch sensor?

We have confirmed with the engineer that the gapless on DSD function was not supported in previous firmware version.
The engineer will try to assess the feasibility of adding this support in later firmware update.

Gapless on DSD was supported in ALL previous firmware versions until 1.0.6. The engineer has no idea of his own product he is working on. With such well-prepared engineers, the deplorable quality of Fiio's firmware and software (like FiiO Music) is to be expected.

FiiO Music is the only high-end player in the world without full gapless support.

Even if you press harder you dont see any ripples or ghost effect at the edges of the screen? It is more obvious at grey background..

I own X7mark2 with the AM3A i´ve test a DT880 Pro 250ohm which was sounds little bit "poor" i want to buy a DT1770. Is the "AM5" or the "AM3B" the better one for me?
PS: i known the DT880 and the DT1770 pro are different headphones... closed and open...

I tried to push a little harder, but no. No ripples. Anyway since is lcd, where you push you see the liquid moving

When i say ripples this is what i mean...the moving liquid of the screen. In my screen without any hard push the liquid easily seems to move, and i think that if i push a little harder that i will destroy the screen.

Strange, because i tested with my Amiron Home which also 250Ohm on AM3A and it can driven them easily

I know what you're saying, as FiiO's firmware is their achilles heel. Apparently, A&K's customer service is poor and I have no idea what their presence is like on this forum.

FiiO's involvement on this forum is high but it has to be with all the issues they usually introduce with each successive firmware "Upgrade"

So i just uninstalled the new Fiio Music App so that i can install the old 3.4.3 just to discover that in order to use VIPER Effect i must pay, how can i revert back to the new Fiio Music app? Is there an apk for that? Much thanks

If I'm not wrong just use the AppStore to update to the new one.
or use the link from the official web site :
the APK is to downgrade to older version
