FiiO X5 1st gen with AKG Q701 & amping

Does anyone know if the amping unit on the x5 is enough to power a q701? If not, please list a portable amp unit below, my budget is sub $200. I've looked it up the webz and the other threads and it's said that a FiiO E17K ALPEN 2 or a Fiio E12 Mont Blanc would be enough to power it. Sooooooo which amp should I get?

FiiO X5 1st is powerful enough for Q701, more so if you normally listen to music at moderate levels.
If you want something that's way more powerful then FiiO E12 should work like charm.
 
FiiO E17K is close to FiiO X5 1st Gen in terms of power, so it's not the right one to pick.

I can't speak to their ability to power all headphones, but I temporarily owned the E12 and loved it. Most of my listening is on IEMs, and it's perfectly suited to them. Also, the build quality, volume pot, and dimensions were exactly what I'd want in a portable amp. The only downside (and I'm nitpicking here) is that I wish it also doubled as a USB DAC.
