Hi, my X3 II gen crashes and turns off everytime I plug something into one of the two jacks (headphone or any kind of aux cord). My firmware is 2.0 and I tried to reset the device and also format my SD card but nothing worked. Can someone help me? I have a bad feeling about this. Thank you
