Hi, I’ve transferred some music on my Fiio this morning and as soon as I remove the x1 from the computer I had a kind of blue screen. So I’ve pressed the reset hole and now my X1 is stuck on welcome screen (even if I try to press the reset hole button again). What should I do?

At present, your X1 can work normally now?
 
If your X1 still has this problem, pls try the following ways:
1. Kindly try to hold the resetting hole for at least 6 seconds, in order to force the X1 shut down. And then pls try to upgrade it to the latest firmware FW1.5: http://www.fiio.net/en/story/304. 
 
2. What brand and capacity is your micro SD card? It will be better if you can provide the specification of that mciro SD card.
And have you ever tried to test another micro SD card?
