I'd buy one with bluetooth, if it worked with my car stereo. Stereo is aptX, and if I can keep FLAC files in the truck, operate the menu function with the deck, because of hands-free laws here, I'd rock one.

there are new techinical which can make the same thing but in different way.

1, not aptx cause Qualcomm did't supports linux system in MIPS Soc. and we have bluetooth remote control ( RM1 ) , you can fix it in the steering wheel and connect the LO of x1 to the aux in of your truck.

Sorry James but bluetooth without aptx isn't the best plus aptx is the new standard.  So why put out a new device now with outdated standard?

it is not because we can't or we are not willing , it is because Qualcomm ( the owner of APT-X patend ) don't supports us even we pay the licence fee for the aptx and will be added in X7 soon.

I'm glad it will be added in X7 since I own one but too bad about the X1II.  Thanks for the info saved me some money on something that supports aptx.

you are welcome and we will try our best to discuss with Qualcomm to see if they can release the firmware SKD in linux system based on MIPS Soc.

Seeing "MIPS" around here makes me wonder if the SoC is still the good old JZ4760B.
