Does anyone know if the whitelisted Viper app works with streaming sources such as Spotify and Tidal?

okay, I have a small problem, how do I copy the files to be sent to the Fiio email? I don't seem to know how to get access to the root folder...
How can I access the storage/SD card after connecting the M6 to the computer: https://www.fiio.com/newsinfo/139021.html

You could connect the M6 to the computer first for reading those files.

Best regards

This one, I know.

My issue is root folder. I cannot access the M6 system log because the file is in root folder and does not appear in Windows Explorer

Dear friend,

Have you updated the firmware to latest 1.0.2? If the log files could not appear still, it seems the files didn't be created.

Best regards

I'm after a device to use with Bluetooth for portable audio. Considering this one, m0, R3 and m5. What would be the best one to go with?

M6 the best choice

Given the 3rd party streaming apps available and the small size and decent battery life, it is hard to think of a better option for Bluetooth audio
than the M6.

strange issue with poweramp. Can be playing music for 90min then pause with the bluetooth buttons and the player will shut off after some seconds.
Then restart and play and pause works again without shutting off. Seems pausing in poweramp sometime will trigger the no device connected and shut off the m6.

Don't know if its poweramp or m6 issue.

hey, i was the Shanling m0, will the m6 be good upgrade only for SQ?

I went from the M0 to the Fiio M7 and though they sound similar the M7 does sound better across the board but not a huge difference compared to the M0. I demoed the M6 and actually prefer the more neutral M7 sound. So it really depends on your taste and if you want to spend more money. Power wise the M6 is a better match to the M0 though the M7 has more than enough power for me. No offense to anyone else but I really only trust what I hear with the headphones I use so sounds better can be very subjective.

It might help if you let us know what headphones you are using as they will play the biggest part in determining what sounds better.
