Hi @FiiO, I totally get that I'm probably coming across a bit entitled here but you guys really really need to work on your communication, several of us on here over the last few days have requested the beta file to use on the M23 which could well be a valuable tool used for reporting bugs etc......but you come across as if you really don't care about your user base, these are people that have spent hundreds on a product that you said would have an update this summer and here we are nearly winter and you've been in this thread ONCE since July.

You seem so hellbent on getting so many products out there that you don't seem to care much about the ones that need working on (and I'm not just talking about M23 here), don't get me wrong you've released some amazing products lately (FT1 is amazing) but I can't help but feel that there are numerous products that get abandoned

This is one of the DAPs I am considering as I may go back to a dedicated DAP to get away from distractions of using my Iphone for music playback.

It is a confusing thread.....is this available in the UK yet?
Is it Andriod 10, 12 or a later version.

Does anyone use this for Tidal? I want to use it like I use my phone. Download Tidal albums to the device to listen offline. Can this be done?

Any help or guidance appreciated

Android 10. As you can see, update to 12 was promised, but only a beta exists (apparently). Frankly, I'm an Apple fanboy, and don't see any big deal about the Android #.

You can use any streaming service that has an Android app. I use Qobuz. Tidal is pre-installed on the M23.

I understand i can stream from tidal, but can I use it as I do now with my iPhone . I download the album and listen offline a lot

A few DAPs seem to have problems with this , this is why I am asking this specific question

Yes you can download and listen offline, I do that with my M11 Plus.

I am an iPhone user and Apple Music, Tidal and Qobuz are for all practical purposes exactly the same to use on a modern FiiO DAP as they are on an iPhone.

Hi there.
I got M23 recently.
Everything is just fine, I really like the desktop mode switch, hopefully it is rated for a lot of cycles.
Yet sometimes an issue occurs - when I am using PEQ, after a while distortion appears. (Everything is OK with gain etc., it works fine for a while, then all of a sudden starts to get distorted). Turning PEQ off resolves the distortion, and sometimes if I turn it on again - everything is OK again for a while, but sometimes it's distorted instantly, and restart must be done.
With that said, I'd also like to test A12, in hopes it resolves the issue I am having.
