Done. Factory reset. Reapplied OTA downloaded from the site. When the device is turned off, it doesn't recharge.
Dear MusicalDoc8,

Did you check via another USB cable and charger as well? We could not located the issue without checking. But if the issue remains after factory restore, it seems to be a hardware problem.

Best regards

Multiple chargers and multiple usb cables. But chargers regularly when turned on. Also, if battery goes to zero i have to wait for it not being able to turn on at all before it starts charging again, because it forces it to kind of ''reset'' internally. I think it is software or once the battery was depleted i'd have no way to recharge it.

Hi I am getting very low battery life from my M15. It gets depleted in just about 2 days from full charge without even using it at all. Is this normal? Can someone confirm?
It depends on what you keepi in background. Such a piece of hardware would be better turned off when not needed, possibly keeping the battery between 10% and 80%.

Exactly, mine M17 is turned off when not in use, best. Turns off very quick, no need to be on stand by.

Dear friend,

Do you mean reading the music files in the computer? Or are you using the DLNA function in the FiiO Music app? You could contact us via support@fiio.com about that as well.

Best regards

toothpick and gently rummage around. the ''pin'' that ''feels'' when the jack is inserted is probably stuck. happened to me once. if you have a light and patience you can see it, otherwise gently use the point of a wooden toothpick till you find the pins.

Dear friend,

There is a detection switch at the rear of the 4.4mm headphone jack. So the issue may happened because of the dust in the switch. After repluging the headphone for a few time, the dust between the spring pieces of the switch may get lost. So the product work fine again. You could consider adding a dust plug for preventing this problem.

Best regards
