Dear LCMusicLover,All: I've run into a problem with M15/UTWS5 playback stopping.
Problem occurs with multiple local tracks playing via FiiO Music. Playback just stops, and if I press play, it restarts the track from the beginning.
Happens the same in Android or Pure Music mode. Same tracks play fine via FooBar. So it feels like a FiiO music bug.
Anybody else experience this? Ideas?
TIA

Generally happens when I am playing from a playlist. Doesn't seem to matter whether I'm in 'Shuffle' or 'Sequential'. I've never noticed it happening when I just pick a single file.Dear LCMusicLover,
Please check whether you have switched the play mode to single play or sequential mode:
Are there any other certain operation when the issue happens?
Best regards

Also, not the same track, or same time spot even when it does happen on a track 'again'.
Firmware on the UTWS5s is up to date (1.4.2). FiiO music is 3.1.0 (and says 'No update'). Can't really tell about the M15 firmware -- don't see any option to check for updates. Kernel version is 4.4.13-g1e8ffef according to 'Settings/About device'.

Thank you, but I imagine this is specific to my unit, not a general problem, so I doubt you will be able to reproduce it.Dear LCMusicLover,
We will try to check whether we could reproduce the issue first.
And if you don't mind, you could try a factory restore to check again.
Best regards

Dear LCMusicLover,This link should actually work:

It says 'do not include any after sales support' and '75-day Buyer Protection Money back guarantee' so I assume that means no other warranty.

Android 7.1 is out of support since October 2019, I doubt it's easy possibleDear FiiO, would you update the software to Android 7.1, since there's a tangible risk of it becoming useless with apps that target 7.1 as the bare minumim? It's been on 7.0 for a whole lot of time and i think this update would be something nice to do for all your customers who bought it at full price on launch.
Thanks.
M15 shipped out with 7.0. At least a 7.1 would have been good support.Android 7.1 is out of support since October 2019, I doubt it's easy possible
