Ok, thanks,... but did you listen to the M11 Pro SS? Or do you think or assume that there are no differences soundwise between both ?

Fiio themselves have stated that the difference is purely cosmetic.

Overall a great experience for me. The player feels well built, nice form, great screen, UI works well, fiio support is great to see in the thread, winner in my book. 10/10 would happily recommend.

Just picked up one of these FiiO cases, haven’t seen it mentioned on here before, nice case, similar design to Dignis or A&K but without the price tag:

Just got one of these. Already have a X7ii with Am3d and an M11. This thing just blows both of them out of the water. Ludicrously good. I suppose the drawback for me is that listening on every other device now I now know how much better music can sound. Just been A-B-ing Sufjan Steven's Predatory Wasp of the Palisades and the difference on the Pro is astonishing. The X7ii sounds like a very good player but the the Pro just unveils Sufjan's voice with an incredible three-dimensional presence and immediacy.

Looks like a chinese knockoff of the FiiO case. It's a snug fit and doesn't seem to affect the heat dissipation needs of the unit.

The leather case for M11 may be a bit tight for the M11Pro.
