So I've run into a new issue with my m11 Pro. I've installed the drivers, but my computer will still not recognize it as a disk drive. If I want to add something to my SD card I have to eject it and plug it into the computer. Not a huge deal, but I would like to be able to just hook up the m11 and transfer files. Has anyone else had this issue?
To open the memory folder when connecting the device to the computer, you need to do the following two actions:
1 - on the device you need to open the notification panel and set the value to "Storage", if the "USB DAC" mode was set

2 - to display the internal memory and microSD memory card, you need to install the driver "SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones" Link: https://www.fiio.com/Driver_Download
After installing the driver, you need to reconnect the device to the computer.

Thanks for the tip but I have waited for more than 10 minutes.
Any idea ?
Ok... after reading a bit more I think I may have figured out the issue... when you install the drivers you should not do it by simply double clicking the folders on the M11Pro.... what you have to do is copy/paste the folders over to your computer hard drive... then un plug the M11Pro from the usb.... then, install the drivers on the computer without the M11pro plugged in.... once the drivers (both) are installed.. and this can take a bit of time... then you should turn on the M11pro and then plug in the USB cable...

Done all that. No dice. Guess I'm stuck just taking the SD card out.

Do you have windows or macOS?
If you have Windows installed on your PC, then try updating the driver. To update all drivers to the latest versions, use the IObit driver booster program.
I have Windows. Now when I try and install the driver again my computer is telling me that an administrator has blocked access to the program, even though I am an administrator. Haven't been able to figure that one out yet.

Was able to re-install the drivers, but I'm still not able to access the file system. Oh well.

I have the same issue. Its very annoying. When i plug the m11 to the computer and cannot access the file system i go back and forth from the "Transfer Photos" and "Transfer Files" options, and eventually i can acces the internal storage and sd card.

Good luck

Hi,

When the Tidal app detect the Android system to be Android 7, it could only output 16 bits. So the MQA can't expand 8X.

We have reported this problem to Tidal team, and they will update the app to be compatible with our products for 8X MQA.

Best regards

Any info on how long this will take?

Dear user,

Do you mean that after installing the MTP driver successfully in the computer, the FiiO M11 icon could not show up still?
