update latest firmvare from here: http://www.fiio.me/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=45117&extra=
log in to google play. After You can download it from Google store do not forget to pay for MQA support

Thanks. I think the firmware update stalled when I was first setting up the M11 P and I paused it and forgot to restart.

I have UAPP working now. Wow, what a difference the full MQA makes! Until now I’d only been using the Tidal app.

I do hope Fiio brings it to the Tidal app, as I like that interface a lot better than using Tidal through UAPP. UAPP seems pretty buggy, as well, it’s crashed on me/stopped with weird error messages a few times

Anyone using FH7's with their Pro? If so, what running time are you getting on the 3.5mm output?

Edit: I got only 8 hours of constant play. That's 19% less than FiiO quotes! I've just ordered a "D" spec 4.4mm cable. That should shorten the running time even more. Think I'll send both back and take my X7ii off here and eBay. I was and am happy with the sound. Probably best to wait for two generations as one doesn't seem such an upgrade.
M11Pro is an advanced analogue of the X7-2 device with an AM3D amplifier, but with improved sound characteristics, but not one level higher. First and foremost, the M11Pro gives superiority in terms of overall performance. According to the balanced output, the operating time will be approximately 7.5-8 hours when listening to Flac 16/44, but if you listen to the Hi-Res, DSD formats, the battery charge will go faster. Do not forget that the M11Pro has two AK4497 DACs that consume a significant amount of energy.
If your goal was to get the sound a level higher (significant superiority in sound) after the X7-2, then it would be logical to purchase the flagship Fiio M15.
The M11Pro has a quick charge function, so if you don’t like to be left without music for a long time, I advise you to use this function. I also advise you to listen to the M11Pro on the balanced output and after that draw conclusions about the sound of this device. In general, I believe that the M11Pro is superior to the X7-2 in everything. Live longer with him and do not make hasty conclusions.

How do I take screenshots? I already managed to take one or two, but just by accident, and I can't reproduce what I was doing then.

On that note, is there a comprehensive user manual that reveals all the hidden functions one is otherwise forced to ask for advice for? The normal manual is very rudimentary and answers virtually none of my questions.

You can take a screenshot in two ways: The first way - you need to use three fingers to swipe the screen from top to bottom. The second way - you need to simultaneously press the "previous track + power"
Thanks, Dmitry!

Indeed it works both ways. I've read about the latter method, but it didn't want to work. Now I've put more effort into it, to notice that I have to press longer than I did previously.

So far so good! But how do you know these tricks? They don't show up in the manual.

BTW, I now have the Neutron Player installed (with the help from my dealer) and am happy, particularly with the equalizer diversity and flexibility.

Hi,

Sorry about that. And if you are convenient, please send the receipt and SN code (system settings-about device-SN )
Please accept our sincere apology for all the inconvenience bringing to you.

Best regards
Well...I'm a little bit disappointed FiiO. You replied to my post here very quickly, but I have not heard from you since. I've tried your customer service contact e-mail address and sent you a PM on head-fi and nothing after a week. I hope everything is well and I'm just been impatient.

Going back to the subject, how many of you guys had/has the same screen issue. I ended up returning the Pro 11 but I'm seriously contemplating getting another one.

Fiio Should open the Service center in the EU and the USA. Like that we wouldn't have to be without our devices for months if something happens.
But I am not sure they care.

Sorry for missing your message. But in your message, you said that you have returned the M11Pro to the seller, right? So the seller have solved the problem for you?
We have reported to the engineers about the LCD display problem and this problem happens because of static electricity.
They are trying to finding a better solution for this issue as well.
Please accept our sincere apology for all the inconvenience bringing to you.

Best regards

Hi there, just got my M11Pro, cannot wait to use it. Just one question, are you guys using the 3.5mm or balanced out? Just wondering if I should get a balanced cable for my IEM. Thanks.
Enjoy your new toy! I am using 2.5 balanced cable and I have all adapter's if I need to change to 3.5mm or 4.4mm.
