I want to contact a Fiio representative. Have you personally managed to certify the M11 / M11Pro / M15? Or is this method not yet verified?
If the ID number of my device was in the white list, then UAPP would be available for purchase on the Play Market, but this is not so. In this case, registering the ID number does not give anything, the UAPP application is still not available for purchase, which means that the device is still not certified.See especially the yellow box ...
Hi, this a software issue, we will improve it to be more stable. Thanks !! That was the solution.

Dear @FiiO,
Today I switched from single-ended 3.5mm to balanced 4.4mm output on my F11 PRO.. And I suddenly noticed an imbalance between left and right channel. Signal now appears to lean slightly more to the left channel. Switching back to single-ended corrects the balance again. Any clue why this happens?
Hello,@FiiO @JamesFiiO
Update: I now have 3 cables and 2 headphones to test. A 3.5mm single-ended, a 2.5mm balanced and a 4.4mm balanced ..It almost seems that only the 4.4mm balanced output suffers from having a slightly lower volume on the right channel. Could this be the cable? Of Or do I have a defective M11 PRO? Are the 2.5mm and 4.4mm outputs connected to the same output circuitry? Or do the 2.5mm and 4.4mm outputs run on separate circuitry?
