Human body would absorb Bluetooth signal. Since the human body absorbs the2G-3G high frequency signal most strongly, it is necessary to prevent the body from blocking the Bluetooth signal during use. For example, putting your Bluetooth transmitter in your back pocket and put your Bluetooth receiver on your chest will seriously affect the Bluetooth transmission. Therefore, please try to putthe Bluetooth receiver and transmitter on the same side of your body to avoid signal blocked by your body.

Best regards

Can BT2 act as USB DAC? Can it use usb C connect to a DAP player?
Dear user,

Yes, The LC-BT2 could work as USB DAC. And I test it with the FiiO M11, they are comptiable via USB connection.

Best regards

@FiiO Is it possible to implement ambient mode to LC-BT2?
Dear user,

The LC-BT2 doesn't support this mode. Could you please tell us the reason you would like to add this mode for LC-BT2?

Best regards

Thanks a lot.
But can you also check with you engineers particularly LC-BT2? It has a design with a mic and CvC 8.0 implemented for active phone calls (according to your specification), maybe that also possible to implement ambient mode using this mic just with fw update?

Dear user,

No, the implement ambient mode could not be added via FW update for the LC-BT2.

I'm disappointed to find that the upgrade is only supported for a Windows platform. Does anyone have information on updating the LC-BT2 firmware from a virtual machine? I'm running on a MacOS Host and tried using a Windows 10 load on VirtualBox. Windows seems to run fine, but I can't find the USB device for the LC-BT2, so the installation fails.
