Hi,

What bug are you meeting when using the LC-BT2?

Sometimes it hangs SBC codec and do not want to connect with LDAC even I have only LDAC marked in Fiio control app. I have to switch off and back on to reconnect LDAC manually. EQ is very bad not even usable. Yesterday I find out I am not able to receive call with neckband and It was only available to do so again after reset.
I like very much sound it is amazing just need to have things working properly.

Yes I have Note 10+ and LG g8x and it happened on both so I reset LC-BT2 and is ok. Stange

Is it possible to update firmware with an iOS or macOS device? Does the iOS app push the latest firmware? I only see a Windows-based installer on the Fiio website.

Has anyone experienced assistant activation issues? I'm not able to activate the assistant with any regularity when audio is playing, and it's still inconsistent when no audio is playing. Is this something that's been fixed in a firmware update, or might I have a faulty set?

So double click the play button could not activate the voice assistant in your mobile phone? Are you connecting to two devices at that time? And can the play button working fine for control the music playback?

That's correct. Music controls work fine 100% of the time. But when music is playing, using double click sometimes pauses the music, but rarely activates the assistant. When no music is playing, I'm able to activate about 7/10 times with double click. I'm connected to a Pixel 2, using Aptx HD, and the issue started when connected to both my phone and a laptop. I then reset to just connect with my phone, and the issue is still there.
For the record, I also have the BTR3, and assistant activation works flawlessly with that device.

Thank you! I'll reach out to support. Besides that, I'm very happy with the product. Battery life and Bluetooth connection quality are important factors for me, and you guys nailed it.
