I've been reading in the iem section of the forum and it seems a bit of a minefield so many choices and recommendations and not having the opportunity to try before you buy as you do with over ears makes it all the more daunting.
So I thought asking you guys might help narrow down my choices.
I am looking to get a pair of items to partner with my fiio fh7s that I have had since their release date.
I am not too up on all the terms used to describe sound signatures so hopefully you will be able to understand what I am trying to say.
I am looking for an iem with a slightly sweet and fast sound with fast and punchy bass but not too much bass a shimmering layered and sparkling treble plenty of sound stage and good imaging.
I've heard a friend's fh9s and found them way to bassy for my liking.
The two I am looking at for now is the fiio fd7 and the sennheiser ie600 but it's not released in the UK yet and I can't find out when it will be.
My budget is 1000 English pounds.
My source is the fantastic ifi
gryphon and I listen to all types of music.
Sorry for the long post but I have to try and get it right the first time.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
