I wonder if anyone has any impressions from Singapore?

I listened to it briefly at Canjam Singapore. Can't say I was too impressed with the incoherency and muddy sound.

Interesting. I have the FH5, love them to bits. Once i got used to the forward upper mids (brain burn in) they've become a part of me, lol. Much prefer them to the LZ A4's which are a bit "boom and tizz" by comparison and prior to that, my AKG K3003's.

So of course am hoping the FH7's will be similar to FH5's but more resolving yet.

Do you happen to know how they compare to FH5's?

Dear friend,

Thank you for the kind interest on our products.
The three different sound filters include 1xbalanced, 1xbass-emphasized, 1xtreble-emphasized. You could switch it for your own need.

The nozzle of FH7 is longer comparing with the FH5 which could keep deeper to the auditory canal.

The BA driver for the mids is deeply designed by knowles and FiiO, and the density of mid-range is greater and more detailed.

Best regards

Hi James,

I was wondering about the nozzle because i asked Fiio via facebook and they told me the shell and nozzle length is the exact same size as the FH5 so it will have the same exact fit and isolation, which is bad for me personally as the FH5 did not fit my ears, so i wanted to ask you again if you can really confirm that the FH7 has a longer nozzle than the FH5 and thus goes deeper into the ear cannal. I appreciate your answer, thank you very much.

@FiiO Why such price increase over FH5?
I know there is one more BA and you add filters, but still would like to know why so much?
Will the tuning be similar to FH5?
Will you offer combo with balanced cable with a discount?
Dear friend,

Thank you for the kind interest on our products.

The sound quality is for your reference only. The overall tonality of the FH7 is on the HiFi side of popular. The bass, the mid-range and the treble are well balanced: the bass is powerful with quick transient response and presents enough depth in armature driver IEMs, though not as good as the dynamic drivers; the male and female vocals are recessed; and the penetration and extension of the treble make the advantages of the armature drivers to the full extent. The good laying also presents a strong sense of liveness with both percussion and stringed instruments.

There will not be balanced cable version.

Best regards
