FiiO FH5 Fit Issues

Does anybody else have trouble with the fit of the FiiO FH5? I'm currently using the bass ear tips in the small size, but they don't fit me properly. I've already tried using the provided foam tips and rolling them, inserting the in-ear monitor as deep as it could go into my ears, adjusting them, and using the small ear tips, but it still doesn't fit me properly. While wearing them and listening to music, I've noticed that both the sub-bass and mid-bass regions sound quite subdued and recessed, which leads to the in-ear monitor having a "metallic" timbre. Is this because of the nozzle not being long enough, or is this because of the size of my ears just being too small for the ear tips?

But before you post your issue over there, we'll need more feedback than, "... doesn't fit me properly"

Are the tips too small (walk out on their own) or too big ?

If either of the tips walk out on their own, go up a size.

Thank you for providing me with the link to the FiiO FH5 thread.

The ear tips are too big for my ears, despite me using the smallest size that’s provided inside of the box.
