Just to everyone here, maybe the extra cost of sending your headphones back to china is not ideal, but the support of @FiiO is still great.

Hope my package ships fast and they could analize them (and send them back)
    mroneto and miguel.yarce like this.

I have the FH5 and am thinking of buying your C- upgrade Cable. Im also thinking of your LB-4.4M. My Question is about the Qualitity of the FiiO LB-4.4M. Is the Adapter closer to the B or C version of your cables? Im a bit afraid that i migth loose the benefit of the C-cable when i use it with the LB-4.4M.

    Dear friend,

Thanks for your interest in our product.
In order to ensure the signals between your source and your earphones are purely and reliably sent, the LB-4.4M uses high-purity PCOCC-A for its wire material. This ensures clear and exquisite playback for an upgrade you will surely notice.
But due to individual preferences, you could read the professional reviews and comparisons, as well as try out by yourself.

    Best regards

Hi all, 11-11 is in a day and i'm looking to upgrade my FH5.
I ask here because the FH5 is still the most expensive iems i ever bought and i'm using its sound as a reference. I loved the sound of my FH5 and it was a pain when they got stolen but the improvements i would love to see are a much fuller lower mid (i love full meaty sound but with textured sub bass), vocals in line with the other instruments (not too forward) and a MUCH wider sound stage (wrap around your head kind of sound).
My music preferences are live worship concerts and i'm looking for an iem that puts me in the venue with its sense of space. Oh! and i love sub bass rumble. (I wish FH7 could have been the one but sadly i've read and watched a lot of reviews and it seems its lower mid is also anemic. For me this makes pianos and keyboards sound off)

Currently i'm using FH5 with LC-2,5C mmcx cable and M11 as DAP.
I want to know about sound improvement if upgrade from LC-2.5C to LC-4.4D cable???
    Does anyone know ?
  6. Windigo
No, as long as you have a cable without some serious fault, the only time there might be a noticable difference is when going from single ended to balanced.
  7. alunx
Ahhhh, thx for your comment, but now i'm thinking about FH7, it is worth to upgrade from fh5 ???
  8. Windigo
Oh in that case I dont know. A lot of people seem to believe so but I have not heard it. It should be slightly more neutral in the bass and have better treble extension. There are probably a lot of comparisons earlier in this thread and on other sites that could be worth looking at.

I've got both and a big yes. Fit is better to.
