The bass nozzles can be modded easily by adding the stem of tips similar to the triple flange tips onto them and they can then accommodate tips with wider stems and bores. The bass nozzles aren't bad, it's the triple flanges that are mostly responsible for the bad impressions using these nozzles.

Just to piggyback on this. You can also try modding the nozzle with o-rings.

Got mine from Linsoul. Contacted them yesterday about fullfillment, and they said it should start next week.

DHL is free on Fiios Aliexpress store, just did that too so I'm interested too how long it takes
The DHL cost isn't really free; it's added to the list price ($299.99 USD), bringing the overall cost (and the only purchasing option, from the FiiO AE store) to $319.99 USD

As an alternative (for U.S,. buyers), the FD5 is an out the door $299.99, from Amazon

Unfortunately, Hifigo also showed himself badly to me.
Purchased on December 28th as in stock and by express delivery ... then they weren't in stock.
Sent on January 5th to get stuck in the tariff !!

They are now being offered at 30 euros cheaper ...

It amazes me how Amazon differs from country to country. It really surprised me when @courierdriver (Canada) was looking for (I think) a Radsone ES100 and he was highlighting the lack of stock and the limited returns policy.
Yeah, Amazon.ca can be very frustrating and expensive at times; especially when it comes to iems or dac/amps. Most stuff is sold by 3rd party sellers, that actually have stores on Aliexpress. For me, I'm better off buying from Aliexpress from those sellers and opting for free Aliexpress standard shipping. My stuff usually arrives faster than if I ordered it from Amazon...and I don't have to pay extra taxes/fees. The only thing Amazon has going for it, is that if you don't like it, you can return it within 30 days after receiving it. Still...you pay much more for the item and have to wait longer to get it. When it comes to anything I want that comes from the Orient...Aliexpress is my best friend.
