Finally i got one it, thank you fiio , it's really impressive :gs1000smile: i had shure215 and in my opinion, f9 pro sound brighter, wider and more bassy. And its comfortable too, i can wear it 2 hours with no trouble, soundproofing is good. Just have one cons i dont like, connecter so hardy, make connect and remove cable little tough.

How does these compare to the regular F9?

Too bad my local reseller doesn't have these in stock yet.

You don’t need an external amp - they are very easy to drive.

Yes, all our IEMs are quite easy to drive, at the same time it is not so sensitivity to hiss of the source.

Agreed. Just received the Q1ii a few moments ago. Can’t wait to test the Q1ii together with my X3iii and F9 Pro as well as with my iPhone 6S. Thanks for your hospitality James.

Is the stacking case included with the amp?

I enjoy the F9 PRO with the Q1MkII bass boost very much. Without bass raised it is a little too light on bass. EX1000 and others are too so no biggie. Fit....is awesome

Exactly how I felt, esp. compared to the F9s:

I don't measure, just using my ears...
This is what I found so far:

F9 are easy to drive with good weight in all areas - a little peaky in 7kHz area (easy to eq out).

F9pro are more transparent but have definitely LESS (upper)bass and lower mids! Sub bass is audible though.

So you need to push bass somehow (depending on your source - and I own x5 iii) which is IMO unfortunately more of concern than just lower one specific area.

I own them both (my purchase, cause I was too curious) and offer to compare them using YOUR song samples (name them I'll check with 320s mp3 or provide 'em from your Dropbox or alike).

Cheers ChrisBa
