Has anyone on this forum seen any CSD (Cumulative Spectral Decay) waterfall plots for IEMs? Transient response, mapped over frequency, is thought to be a good metric for evaluating audio reproduction quality in speakers and headphones.

Re differences between the F9 and F9 Pro -- I thought that @JamesFiiO mentioned that the treble was slightly smoother.

Re: the cable -- the F9 comes with a balanced cable. Is the difference that the Pro's is silver plated?

Also, I really hope some early models of both the F9 Pro and FH-1 have been sent to reviewers.

So, if I read the above correctly, the sound signature may somewhat change due to the use of the two BA Knowles drivers vs the standard "no brand" drivers, the other differences between the F9 and the F9 PRO being limited to the colour, L-shaped instead of straight plugs on the balanced cable, 6 more tips and the waterproof pouch. Really curious to find out how much the Knowles drivers audibly affect sound, if at all. First reviewers, please enlighten us!

Nevertheless, since my son had found my F9 to be excellent (he wants them as well), I took the plunge and ordered the F9 Pro.
Will report (including BA with my F9) as soon as I receive them.

Well I put in for a order for the pro. Too bad my bank has decided to think AliExpress is a fraudulent transaction after using them for several years. Hopefully I can get this resolved by the end of the week. I'm really looking forward to the pros though.

Very curious about this, and the price seems still pretty decent. Might sell my F9 and "upgrade" if it's worth it.

I will surely try (although I am not an audiophile or familiar with professional audio terminology).
My source is Samsung S7 Edge via Dragonfly Red or Chord Mojo, mostly streaming Tidal HiFi

I’m glad i waited although i almost placed an order for the F9 a month ago. I just ordered the F9 Pro which comes with free DHL shipping to Malaysia which is great. Looking forward to receiving it and sharing my 2 cents on the performance.
