I'm having issue with the connection between the cable (the one with microphone) and the right earpiece.It's too loose. It can easily just slide out.
No issue with the left earpiece and the other twisted cable fits nicely. So, the issue is with the right cable connector.
How do I resolve this?

You could try to gently pry the small, notched ring on the MMCX's head into a larger diameter for help first.

If this fails to help, you could send email to your seller or us(support@fiio.net) about that as well.

Thanks for replying. That ring doesn't exist on the right earpiece (but exists on the left earpiece).

I just got a set of the pro's delivered yesterday and have to commend you on the build quality. These are hands down one of the best quality metal enclosures I've ever seen, and are insanely comfortable.

I find them really lacking in the lower end though with a very week sub bass. Burning in now to see if it makes any difference, but I'd love to see a new model with a big boost in the bottom end for us bass heads, drum and bass and edm fans as I'm in love with everything else about these phones.

They do sound a little better hooked up to your e10k amp but still need a sprinkling more sub bass rumble

We've had the f9, weve now got the f9 Pro, now we just need the f9 Low

If you want to spend a little more cash on something really interesting, you could also go for FH5, which is new to the market, but has been getting posive impressions so far. F9 series is still a favorite at this point though
